Hi, I’m Melyssa (Mel for short) :) 

I am a proud Army veteran and now owner of Southern Tavern & Events LLC. I am a passionate go-getter, and someone who believes that kindness, honesty, and hard work go a long way.

After serving in the military, I transitioned into a life that keeps me just as active and driven. I bring that same discipline, dedication, and integrity into everything I do — whether I’m working with clients, exploring the outdoors, or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen.

I’m sociable, adventurous, and always up for a challenge. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hiking a trail, spoiling all the animals, trying a new recipe, or discovering somewhere new.
